Yes, all Club Ekta sessions are exclusively designed for women.
What do I Need To Bring?
Club Ekta provides all equipment needed for yoga, you only need to bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
Can I Just Turn Up To A Session?
No, all sessions must be booked in advance as spaces are limited. Participants must be registered and pre book sessions.
Can I Join If I’m Pregnant Or Have Health Conditions?
Please speak to us beforehand. We’ll do our best to accommodate you safely, or suggest more suitable options.
Where Are The Sessions Based?
We are based at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford in a dedicated private space, staff will guide you upon arrival.
How Much Does It Cost?
Sessions are £5 pay as you go or free for Club Ekta members (membership starts from £15 monthly).
Yoga
Our classes are Hatha Yoga with a mix of gentle flow, breathwork and strength based movements.
Mindfulness
We incorporate mindfulness in our yoga classes. This helps you to feel more present, calm and connected.
Flow
Our classes follow a gentle flow, but you’re encouraged to move at your own pace. You can take breaks through the session.
