Booking Policy

To ensure a safe and organised experience for all participants, all sessions at Club Ekta must be booked in advance.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Photo & Video Policy

At Club Ekta, we occasionally take photographs and videos during sessions, workshops, and events for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Membership Policy

Club Ekta is a women-only community dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold the values and guidelines of the Club.

Membership Expectations:

• Treat all participants and staff with respect, kindness, and inclusivity.
• Follow class booking procedures and attend sessions punctually.
• Engage in sessions safely, following the guidance of instructors.
• Adhere to Club Ekta’s policies on conduct, cancellations, payments, and privacy.

Grounds For Membership Revocation:

• Member displays aggressive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behaviour.
• Member repeatedly disrupts sessions or disrespects instructors or fellow members.
• Member fails to comply with booking, attendance, or payment policies after warnings.
• Misuse of Club Ekta’s name, logo, or community spaces for personal promotion or unauthorised activities.
• Breaching photo/video consent guidelines or sharing media without permission.
• Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings or permanent removal from Club Ekta activities. We are here to uplift one another – let’s keep our spaces positive and empowering.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining membership duration.
  • Memberships are active only while payments are current. If payments stop or are cancelled, your membership will end immediately, and access to member benefits will be revoked.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Code Of Conduct

At Club Ekta, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all women. By attending our sessions, events, or workshops, members agree to uphold the following principles:

Respect & Inclusion

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.
• Embrace and celebrate our community’s diversity – all women are welcome regardless of age, background, ability, or religion.
• Use inclusive language and avoid judgment or negative comments about others’ appearance, fitness levels, or lifestyle choices.

Conduct In Sessions

• Arrive on time and participate with a positive and supportive attitude.
• Follow instructor guidance for safety and best experience.
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour, including excessive talking, using your phone, or undermining the instructor.

Anti-Bullying & Zero Tolerance

• We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind (including verbal, physical, or digital).
• Any concerns can be reported confidentially to Club Ekta staff and will be taken seriously.

Confidentiality & Safe Space

• Respect the privacy of others – what is shared in our spaces stays in our spaces.
• Do not record or photograph others without their explicit consent.

Responsibility & Representation

• Represent Club Ekta positively in and outside sessions.
• Use social media responsibly and do not post on behalf of the Club without permission.
