Do I Need To Have Experience In Boxing?
Not at all! Our classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as women with fitness experience. You’ll be guided through every move, no previous boxing skills required.
What Should I Wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers. We provide all equipment including gloves and pads, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle is always a good idea!
Is It Women Only?
Yes, all Club Ekta sessions are exclusively designed for women.
Can I Just Turn Up To A Session?
No, all sessions must be booked in advance as spaces are limited. Participants must be registered and pre book sessions.
Is There Any Physical Contact Or Sparring?
No contact, no fighting, just fun, empowering workouts. We use pad work, shadow boxing, and footwork drills to give you the benefits of boxing without any sparring.
Where Are The Sessions Based?
We are based at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford in a dedicated private space, staff will guide you upon arrival.
How Much Does It Cost?
Sessions are £5 pay as you go or free for Club Ekta members (membership starts from £15 monthly).
