Is It Suitable For Beginners?

We create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are, and we’ll guide you through every step.

Is Pilates The Same As Yoga?

No, while both are low-impact and focus on breath and control, Pilates is different. Pilates focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall body control through low-impact, precise movements. While it shares some similarities with yoga, like breath work and flexibility. Pilates is more fitness-based and doesn’t include the spiritual or meditative elements found in yoga. It’s especially effective for strengthening deep muscles, improving alignment, and supporting injury prevention.

Is It Women Only?

Yes, all Club Ekta sessions are exclusively designed for women.

What do I Need To Bring?

Club Ekta provides all equipment needed for Pilates you only need to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Can I Just Turn Up To A Session?

No, all sessions must be booked in advance as spaces are limited. Participants must be registered and pre book sessions.

Can I Join If I’m Pregnant Or Have Health Conditions?

Please speak to us beforehand. We’ll do our best to accommodate you safely, or suggest more suitable options.

Where Are The Sessions Based?

We are based at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford in a dedicated private space, staff will guide you upon arrival.

How Much Does It Cost?

Sessions are £5 pay as you go or free for Club Ekta members (membership starts from £15 monthly).
